06/29/2018 – TFM, a company of COMSA Corporación specialised in turnkey photovoltaic energy projects, has taken over the design and supply of a self-consumption solar installation for producing electricity at the La Salud market of Badalona.
The plant, built in its entirety by TFM and installed on the roof of the building, produces 40 kW of power and will supply 30% of the energy consumption demanded by the civic centre of La Salud, by the office from the same district and by social care equipment of the area. A total of 160 photovoltaic modules are installed on a surface area of nearly 260 square metres.
The economic savings is estimated to be around 8,000 Euros per year. With this new system, Badalona will increase its photovoltaic capability by 50%. The city already has nine solar installations generating a total of 118.4 kW of power.
