07/24/2018 – Tradebe and COMSA Corporación have signed an agreement by which the environmental services company has acquired the industrial waste division of COMSA Medio Ambiente.
More specifically, the companies included in the operation are those engaged in the industrial waste management, treatment and recovery business unit: Atlas, Trisa, Enviland, CRT Tega Enviland, Edafo, Magma and Ignea.
GMN (Gestión Medioambiental de Neumáticos), a COMSA environment company devoted to the comprehensive management of end-of-life tyres and rubber, continues at the company.
This agreement represents the continuity of the respective strategic plans of both companies. On the one hand, COMSA Corporación is advancing in its strategy of concentrating on the infrastructure and engineering sector. Meanwhile, Tradebe is continuing with its strategy of gradual and sustainable growth, increasing its sales in Spain and reinforcing its workforce with the recruitment of 120 new employees.
