Grupo Gimeno has entrusted Rochina Mantenimiento with implementation of energy services in the three hotels its Intur chain owns in Benicàssim (Castellón). The contract is valued at 680,000 euros and will run over the next five years.
The project involves improvements in energy facilities at the three establishments, with the aim of saving primary energy consumption, and includes energy management and maintenance, monitoring and control of facilities.
By obtaining this contract, Rochina Mantenimiento has consolidated its collaboration with Grupo Gimeno and its hotel brand. Since last March, the company
has provided maintenance services in the five establishments that Intur owns in the province of Castellón (the three in Benicàssim and two in the capital), with an annual value of 221,000 euros.
