COMSA EMTE has worked on the European campaign “Healthy Workplaces”, promoted by the European Agency for Health and Safety at Work to reduce accidents in high-risk activities and encourage safe and preventive maintenance.
As part of this initiative, the National Institute of Health and Safety at Work (INSHT) organized a series of workshops in Barcelona and Madrid in which experts from COMSA, EMTE Systems and EMTE Girona contributed their experience in prevention. The conference brought together representatives from all types of companies, public administration, unions and employers to discuss the main aspects that affect occupational safety during maintenance operations.
The exchange of these experiences led to “Solutions for safe and preventive maintenance”, a document published recently by the National Centre on Working Conditions, which includes the main conclusions drawn from these meetings.
