07/09/2020 – COMSA has been awarded the works for the section of the Ebro Highway (A-68) between El Burgo de Ebro and Fuentes de Ebro, which consists of the duplication of 18.7 km of roadway on the N-232 in the bypasses of these towns in the province of Zaragoza and the section between the two places.
In consortium with Copasa, the construction company of COMSA Corporación will carry out the work that will give continuity to the section of the A-68 already in service between Zaragoza (Z-40) and El Burgo de Ebro, improving its capacity and road safety.
The project also includes the remodelling of 5 existing junctions on the current N-232 road, and a total of 19 structures will be built, including 13 subways, an overpass, a crossing over the River Ginel and a slab over an irrigation channel, as well as the adaptation of a crossing over the conventional Madrid-Barcelona railway line and two crossings over the Canal Imperial de Aragón.
