On May 3rd COMSA EMTE was a guest in “Dinars en xarxa”, (networking lunches) a meeting organized by Barcelona Activa (Barcelona’s development agency). Barcelona Activa aim to contribute to the development of a small new TICs through the exchange of experiences with a large corporations that interest them.
Group vice-president, Carles Sumarroca, and the director of technical services and innovation, Valentí Fontserè, shared with attendees COMSA EMTE’s experience as a leader in the field of infrastructure and technology. They also gave details of the future strategy of the company, explaining why innovation is a fundamental pillar. In parallel, they analyzed the market opportunities for TIC companies in Barcelona and various opportunities for collaboration.
Participants included fifteen technology companies that focus their activities in the fields of renewable energy, transport, energy efficiency, communications and infrastructure. “Dinars en xarxa” is organized periodically and in previous years included experts from Mango, Grupo Planeta, Google, Abertis and Aigües de Barcelona.
