Between 6 and 8 March, in Istanbul, COMSA participated in the fourth edition of Eurasia Rail, the world’s third largest rail conference. The company showcased its more than 120 years of experience in the industry and its high degree of technical specialisation, in an event that brought together more than 300 exhibitors from 25 countries.
During the fair COMSA presented its latest projects in Turkey, such as the Ankara Metro extension, whose M3 line was recently inaugurated by the Spanish President, Mariano Rajoy. The company has also constructed the circular tram line in Bursa, which is already in operation, and in the coming months it will complete the construction of the M2 suburban line in the capital and tram Line3 inGaziantep.
Attendees were able to find out about the company’s other activities at a stand which also featured Metroray, a local company that collaborates on COMSA’s tram line projects in the country. Eurasia Rail has seen the participation of all the major railway companies, with national pavilions for countries such as Germany, China, France, the United Kingdom and Russia.
