The Manager of the Knowledge Management and Technological Innovation Department Joan Peset, discussed the Group’s most innovating projects in matters of risk prevention, while Raúl Blánquez, Manager of Software Solutions at EMTE Sistemas, participated in a forum on facilities and systems integration, and discussed the company’s experience in solutions for operating light trams and metros.

With regards the future, the representatives of the railway industry present at BcnRail aim to promote public and private collaboration in order to find a solution to the current situation of budget restriction by Public Administrations. This is a formula that, according to the sector, permits the construction of new infrastructures, and which has already been adopted in projects such as the Tranvía de Barcelona, with the participation of  COMSA EMTE.
